  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package remains undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Failure to answer calls

the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Weyrbear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at:

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
