At WEYRBEAR, every piece is made with attention to quality, fit, and detail. We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or washing will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or limited-edition products (if applicable).
  • Innerwear/accessories (if applicable).

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or missing items may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup service is available in your location, our courier partner will arrange pickup. In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
